Located in the heart of the city center, this hotel offers a convenient location for exploring Nairobi. Guests can enjoy a variety of dining options, with menus featuring delicious a la carte dishes. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The friendly staff go above and beyond to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience, providing surprises and birthday celebrations. The hotel offers stunning views of the city, allowing guests to take in the sights of the Kenyan parliament and the KICC. The outdoor heated pool is a great facility for relaxation.
The hotel is in need of renovation, with a dark and dingy décor that does not match the standards of other Intercontinentals.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with great staff, delicious Indian and local cuisine, and great facilities including a club with special perks. the hotel took great care of my wife when she was unwell, providing complimentary fruit and an upgraded room. The hotel is located just in front of a park and is in the center of the city with easy access to nearby National Park.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The hotel location is far from any attractions or the exciting nightlife, but it provides a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle outside. the service is great, with friendly staff and good security. the rooms are clean and well-equipped with good skin care products.
The room size is relatively small and the bathroom lacks an individual shower room.

Helpful staff. Good location. Large, comfortable room.
Very disappointed with the state of the bathroom in my room. No shampoo or toothbrush on arrival which was a nuisance as I arrived very late so had to phone and wait for these items. Also the shower didn't work properly as very little water. Expect much better.

The receptionist was smiling - also the congierce did his best.
At the booking I received a special invitation to access the "excecutive lounge" during our stay. But, as was our first stay at this hotel, the receptionist, alhough we had a clear written invitation of the hotel manager himself personally, gave us just an acces card for a small club lounge... When we did found out...and asked for a justification... We got a refusal to the "excutive lounge". What a disappointment ! * Godfried Wouters - Belgium

A Nice Dining Experience!
We had a good time dining at the Terrace restaurant during our recent stay. The menu had a great selection of dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to cater to my mom's food allergies. The live music added to the cozy ambiance of the restaurant. the dining experience was fantastic and would definitely recommend it to both guests and locals looking for a nice night out. I highly recommend the hotel for its excellent dining options and friendly staff.

Great cuisine and friendly staff We recently stayed at a hotel during our New Year's vacation and we were quite impressed by the delicious food and warm hospitality of the hotel staff. the various cuisines offered were amazing, and we particularly enjoyed the local dishes. We also found it convenient that the hotel was located near popular tourist attractions which saved us time and money on travel.
Poor maintenance and unclean facilities we were disappointed with the hotel's upkeep and cleanliness. the rooms were not well-maintained and had an unpleasant odor.
